Best for metal.  7" X 5/32" X 7/8"--A60.  10 per box.Metabo Corporation introduces its Type 29 Z-Plus grinding wheel that eliminates the need for a backing pad and a tapered flange nut.  It weighs less than half the weight of a typical 4-1/2" grinding wheel, increasing user comfort and reducing fatigue, particularly with small grinders in tight spaces and odd angles.
