Shipping - In most cases we'll ship your order on the same day if possible (i.e. if your order comes in before "last call" for the mail department). Otherwise, orders are generally shipped the next business day for all items in stock. We are unable to ship internationally.
Returns - Contractors Tool Supply is happy to accept returns, for the cost of merchandise only and a 20% restocking fee. Please call for more information.
Low Order Processing Fee - All orders below $25 will incur a $5 processing fee.
